What is a Doula?
A Doula is a support person who's sole purpose is to focus on the non-medical, emotional, educational and physical sides of pregnancy and birth!
My Vision
It is my goal at Canopy Doula Care, to support you in a satisfying and fulfilling childbirth experience. My goal is to remind you of your innate power of choice and knowledge of your body and instincts. Through education, empowerment and understanding of your rights during the life changing process of bringing life! Here at Canopy Doula Care, I support YOUR choices, YOUR preferences and YOUR idea of a fulfilling birth.
What I Offer
Free Interviews
Why hire someone you have never met? I value connection and understanding how different people mesh. I want to make sure you feel comfortable with me and I feel comfortable with you! If not, I have a wide network of local Doula's I can recommend to be a better fit!
Packages
I offer a range of Doula packages to fit your budget and your needs! I understand that pregnancy is expensive and am willing to offer some adjustments with my pricing for families that need the extra help. This is decided on a person by person basis and what I can afford at that time.
Education
With training from DONA International you can be sure to receive evidence based education on labor support, and immediate postpartum care.
Support
With my hands-on support and knowledge of birth positions and care, you can be sure to receive undivided attention through this life changing transition.
